Background: 3D2B, a B2B telemarketing company, used this e-book to generate leads and establish themselves as a thought leader on the “human touch” in marketing. To make it fun and easy to read, we used illustrations, short chunks of text and plenty of white space. The e-book demonstrates how technology has become a barrier between marketing, sales and customers and how using the human touch earlier in the sales cycle can help to bridge the gap.
